Nova Marghera is engaged in the development of new concept Real Estate products: business district, (offices, tertiary, and services, retail & leisure, hotel); residential and hospitality ventures; logistics hubs.
It deals with the refurbishment and enhancement of waterfront urban areas with vast decommissioned and rundown areas to repair to the city fabric by creating new central areas.
